Neo-Liberalism: Economic Policies that Work for the Poor
The New Rules for Global Finance Coalition, an informal network of civil
society organizations and academics dedicated to the reform of global
financial policies and institutions, recently released a collection
of papers presented at a May 2002 Conference on Alternatives to Neoliberalism.
The collection includes a variety of analyses and specific proposals
regarding how to reform the global financial system so that all countries
