Building Leadership Capacity

Latino immigrants have enormous potential to play key leadership roles in impacting regional and national policies that affect their communities. In order to realize that potential and develop as transnational civil society actors, Latino immigrant-led groups must strengthen their organizational capacities and understanding of policy processes. Enlaces América worked to build immigrant-led organizational capacity for change-setting agendas by providing leadership training and educational opportunities for migrant-led organizations.
