Central American Immigratns calls for CAFTA Moratorium
October 13, 2003: Central American Immigrant Community Leaders from around the country arrive in Houston today to demand that governmental representatives meeting for the VIII round of U.S.- Central American Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA) talks put an immediate moratorium on the CAFTA negotiations process.
